Beautiful new facilities, stunning décor. Rooms were spacious with pleasing decorations. The balcony was the best, offering a relaxing space with beautiful views. Staff was very helpful, especially Ms. Donghee Kim from the front office. Great location and ample amenities nearby.

The staff at the front desk and everywhere else were super helpful. The twin room had an amazingly comfy bed and it even had a mini bar, a nice flat-screen TV with lots of channels, and AC. 😊

The hotel is located right by a fantastic beach bar and offers stunning views of the island and Tumon Bay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The rooms were elegant and had excellent wifi. I also appreciated the complimentary drinks provided.

The staff, especially Ms. Donghee Kim at the front desk, was helpful and polite. Additionally, the hotel room was clean, dry, and not too cold with impeccable facilities.

I had the chance to try both the Western and Japanese breakfast, which were both satisfying and kept me energized throughout the day. The fact that breakfast was included in the room cost was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with the main strip in Tumon Bay and the beach just a short walk away. The infinity pool on the lower level was absolutely stunning, providing a beautiful view and a great place to relax. The amenities in the room, such as the balcony and comfortable beds, added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I also appreciated the complimentary drinks and the convenience of a to-go breakfast container in the lobby. The late check-out option until 2PM was a nice bonus as well.
